Iranol AF-G

Coolant

Iranol AF-G is based on ethylene glycol and is produced using suitable additives to prevent corrosion of engine internal parts and rust.

  • D-3306ASTM
  • 338ISIRI

Designed for use in light gasoline and diesel vehicles, it is also suitable for industrial internal combustion engines whose cooling system requires a corrosion and anti-corrosion barrier.

Select the appropriate antifreeze fluid and mix it thoroughly outside the cooling system with distilled water or city water in a ratio of 50-50 (50% by volume solution of antifreeze and 50% by volume of water) and then transferred to the cooling system. Show.

Avoid mixing coolants in the radiator system.
شهر If city water is used in the mixing operation, the water hardness should not exceed 170 ppm to prevent the formation of sediment in the pipes.
In preparing the aqueous antifreeze solution, the operating conditions of the engine and the recommendation of the car manufacturer should be considered.
If there is no expansion source in the cooling system, it is necessary to leave 5% of the volume of the cooling system empty, considering 5% volumetric expansion for the antifreeze solution (50-50).
For better mixing of water and coolant, start the engine for a while. After turning off the engine and making sure the fluid has cooled, re-inspect the coolant level. If the liquid level is less than the lower mark line, add to that liquid (50-50 ratio fluid).

Glycol based products are non-drinkable and toxic.
Iranol AF-G can be used in all seasons and does not need to be replaced with the change of seasons.
Cooling fluid replacement time is based on the car manufacturer’s recommendation.

Never use alcohol or methanol as a coolant, as the components in the car radiator system are designed to use ethylene glycol as a coolant.
